My review:

     This is a wonderful daily devotional book.

     I thoroughly enjoyed starting each day with this book. No matter how I felt when I first woke up Jerry started the day off with a “chuckle”. Admittedly some of them only made me smile, but many of them were laugh-out-loud funny.

     He then proceeded to share a quotation. Many of them made me pause to give it some serious thought. I was amazed at how many of these quotations directly connected with the scripture and devotional reading that he had for that day. He either has a huge list of quotes that he keeps up or he spent a lot of time searching for just the right one.

     Then as you get into the body of the reading for the day he would not only have his main scripture but there were many days that he supported what he was saying about it with other scripture. They were very well thought out and presented.

     I am giving this book a rating of 5 stars and recommending it.
