My review:

     This is a wonderful contemporary romance!

     I love the cast of characters in this book. They have such a wide variety of personalities that it is amusing to see how they interact with each other. It is fascinating to see how many of them have two completely different sides. One that is evident to others and the other that we only see in their private thoughts.

     There are a couple of things that I picked up on that left me really thinking about my own life. It is much easier to see the faults of others than it is to see our own short comings. Also we are much quicker to remember things that others do that hurt us than things that we do and say that hurt them.

     I definitely love the focus on second chances that comes through this story. We all have times that we desperately need one.

     I am giving this fantastic story a rating of 5 stars. I highly recommend it. I do consider this to be part of a true series. You should read book one before this one. My review:

     This is an amazingly funny historical romance!

     This book is filled with many quirky characters. I especially like both of the main characters, Beatrix and Norman. They definitely live up to term opposites. Yet they keep finding themselves drawn to the other. They each have a journey of self discovery and growth. It is wonderful to see how they improve individually as the story progresses.

     There is also a bit of mystery that keeps them on their toes trying to figure it out. It is very nicely woven in and only seems to enhance the romance. It was a lot of fun seeing who stepped up and provided encouragement and direction along the way.

     A bonus was the short appearances of the main characters from each of the previous books in this series. I always like to catch up with old friends.

     I have to give this wonderful book a rating of 5 stars. It was written by one of my favorite authors and she definitely didn’t disappoint. I highly recommend it.

My review:

     This is an incredible romantic suspense novel!

     I absolutely love both of the main characters. They are very well developed and have many strengths and hangups that are very evident throughout the story. I thoroughly enjoyed seeing how the interacted with each other and the additional characters in the book.

     The plot of the story was very intricately woven. We found out fairly early on who they were looking for but the twists and turns that occurred kept me guessing as to how it would all play out. There were some wonderful surprises.

     I’m giving this wonderful book a rating of 5 stars. I highly recommend it.

My review:

     This is a wonderful historical romance!

     The main characters are incredibly well developed. I was enthralled by the depth of the interaction and relationships between people on differing sides of the conflict of The Civil War. There were a lot of details that I hadn’t thought of when I studied this period in school. The heartache and self-questioning was very realistic in this book and made me really think about things I had skimmed over before.

     One of the things that I really enjoyed was seeing how each person was trying to do what they felt God wanted them to. They knew scripture and it was a surprise to many of them to see that those on the other side did too.

     I’m giving this fantastic story a rating of 5 stars. I highly recommend it.

     This is a fantastic romantic suspense novel!

     I love the depth of the main characters in this story. Both Tori and Ryan have a lot of memories of their time together years ago. It makes it hard for them to know how to act around each other during the current dangerous period for them. It was fun to see how they tried to work together while not really working together.

     The plot of this story had so many twists and turns that I was kept guessing right up to the end. The culprit was a complete surprise and I loved that.

     I’m looking forward to reading the rest of this series.

My review:

     This is a remarkable biblical novel!

     It’s not just a fantastic book but also an amazing way to wrap up the series! This is one series that it definitely helps to read the books in order.

     We’ve seen Tirzah before. It was wonderful to see her fully developed. She is an extremely strong and courageous woman. I love how she is completely devoted to Yahweh and willing to do everything she can and that she believes He wants her to do.

     Liyam is torn between fulfilling the vow he made to exact vengeance himself or serving Yahweh. I was completely caught up in watching his personal struggle.

     I loved seeing how they interacted with each other from the time they met. They went through so many different emotions and worked through them together. 

     There was lots of danger and action as the Israelites fought to drive the Arameans from their land. I knew how it would end because I have read the bible. That made it no less enjoyable to see how they author had the story play out since there were really no details in the bible itself.

     I am giving this incredible story a rating of 5 stars. I highly recommend it.

My review:

     This is a wonderful historical romance!

     I absolutely loved Jack Rivers! She has been shaped by the dad who raised her and the life that they have lived running a Pony Express Station and stagecoach stop. She has a firm foundation in Christ and a love for the bible. As her life goes through unexpected changes she finds that she needs every bit of that foundation to help her get through.

     I definitely enjoyed seeing how the relationship between Jack and Elijah grows throughout the book. The mystery that is involved about the counterfeiters is interesting and brings just the right amount of danger into their lives.

     This story has a strong component of the redemption of Christ. This brings up the need to see beyond the past of a person and move into forgiveness. We all know people that have changed drastically and now need these things from us.

     I’m giving this fantastic book a rating of 5 stars. I also highly recommend it.
